  • We founded our Sarasota generator company on the idea that our customers deserve the best generator solutions and electrical work. With every generator and/or electrical contracting project, our customers will always get professional and skilled electrical and generator solutions.

  • In 1992 Eric opened a lightning and surge protection business, B&W Lightning & Surge Protection and in 1993, became a Florida state-certified electrical contractor.

  • Eric received his master electrician license in 1985 and initially opened his own electrical contracting business as a registered electrical contractor under the name of Beasley Electric in 1986. In 1988, Eric received his Alarm Contractor I License and incorporated Beasley Electric in 1989.

  • In 1998, the two businesses were combined, establishing Florida Power Solutions, Inc.

  • During the years 1993-2000, FPSI saw a growing need for a turnkey generator company in the area. During the last 15+ years, we have grown our business to facilitate every need within the generator realm.

  • We specialize in complete installations, maintenance, monitoring, service, repair, replacements, and fueling.

  • FPS is Dealer Certified with factory-trained technicians to keep up with the latest advances in generator technologies. Our offices are located in Sarasota. We have the capability to facilitate, manage and execute projects throughout the state.

  • We are extraordinarily honored to be running a family-owned and operated company that can handle all of your generator needs under one roof. We do it all for you!
